Key Responsibilities Objective and target setting, performance management and development of the Hosted Resources teams in North West Continent Cluster. Ensure that each AR Coordinator delivers the targeted call volume for outgoing phone calls to customers. Provide coaching and training to the Hosted Resources Teams on customer interaction (face to face, by phone and by email). Present AR scores and corrective actions during weekly FINMNG performance Reviews. Act as Cluster Focal for Voice Collection. Manage Hosted Resources team for Accounts Receivables. Lead and develop the team, promote teamwork and address issues. Deliver working capital targets according to plan. Provide training and coaching on customer interaction (face to face, by phone and by email). Ensure timely and relevant exchange of customer information between Hosted Resources team and customers to GSC analyst teams in Chennai. Who we are looking for Experiences: Several years of Leadership experience (minimum Leading Others). Finance degree or equivalent qualification (certified accounting). Proven track record of collaboration with Global Service Centers. Excellent command of German and English language required. Skills: You are able to lead and motivate a team of 9 AR coordinators. Workforce Management (organizing, planning, executing). You are able to visualize performance data for relevant audience and purpose. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
